Asymmetric Profile Forming Stability
The specially designed 14-16 groups of gradual forming stations distribute the bending force step by step, which completely avoids the internal stress concentration and lateral torsion of the asymmetric M-section during forming. The straightness of the finished product can be controlled within 0.5mm per meter, fully meeting the high load-bearing requirements of engineering support structures.
High Precision Pre-punching System
Equipped with multi-station servo flying punching unit, it can complete the processing of various connecting holes and process holes before roll forming. The punching position remains accurate even when producing long M purlins of more than 6 meters, no secondary hole repairing is required after forming.
