Track Geometry Designed for Door & Window Movement

A guide rail must maintain a defined running path for rollers, wheels, or sliding components. Small deviations in the rail opening, side flange, or channel width can affect installation and operating clearance. The forming tooling is consequently developed around the actual track cross-section.

The forming stations progressively establish the rail body, guide channel, return edges, and reinforcement features. Adjustable side guides maintain strip alignment as the material moves through the machine, while final forming stations establish the critical dimensions of the finished track.

Integrated Forming for Track, Flange & Reinforcement Sections
