Fence Profile Geometry & Structural Strength

A palisade pale normally uses a formed section rather than a completely flat steel strip. Ribs, folds, and shaped edges increase the section's resistance to bending while keeping the profile relatively narrow.

The roller tooling progressively develops these features from the flat coil. Forming pressure is distributed across several passes so that the longitudinal ribs and edges are established without excessive distortion.
