Precision Forming for Different Fascia Profiles

Fascia sections can contain several bends and folded edges, so the forming process is divided among multiple roller stations. Each station performs a controlled deformation until the required cross-section is reached. Complete Line from Coil to Finished Fascia

The production process begins with coil loading and uncoiling. The steel strip is then guided through the feeding and leveling section before entering the forming unit. Multiple roller pairs gradually bend the material into the specified fascia geometry.

If the profile requires mounting holes or slots, a punching unit can be installed before or after forming according to the hole position and profile structure. After forming, the cutting system separates the continuous profile into preset lengths.

The PLC control system manages feeding, forming, length measurement, cutting, and production counting. Operators can enter the required profile length and production quantity through the touchscreen, making the line suitable for continuous production of different fascia sizes.
