Aluminium Profile Roll Forming Machine

Aluminium Profile Roll Forming Machine is designed for continuous forming of aluminium coils or strips into customized linear sections. Aluminium behaves differently from steel during cold forming, so the roller layout, forming sequence, contact surfaces, and clearance need to be considered when developing the machine.
The line can be configured for profiles with multiple bends, flanges, channels, ribs, or shallow reinforcing features. Depending on the finished section, the process can include decoiling, leveling, guiding, roll forming, punching, and cutting.
Roller geometry is developed from the actual profile cross-section to control deformation and reduce surface marks on the aluminium strip. The machine can be adapted for different aluminium grades and thicknesses according to the required profile and production conditions.
