Profile Geometry & Sheet Structure
 

The cross-section determines the number of forming stages and the arrangement of the rollers. Wider panels with deeper ribs generally require a more carefully distributed forming sequence to prevent distortion of the sheet surface.

Sheet Processing & Finished Length

The production line can be arranged according to how the profile sheet will be installed. Continuous forming establishes the cross-section, while the cutting system separates the sheet into specified lengths.

For roofing and wall applications, the cutting program can be adjusted for different project dimensions. When the same profile is required in several lengths, operators can enter the required dimensions through the control interface rather than changing the roller tooling.

Customized Profile Sheet Tooling

Can the machine be manufactured according to our profile drawing?
Yes. The roller tooling and forming sequence can be designed according to a CAD cross-section or technical drawing.

Can we specify the sheet width and length?
Yes. Effective width is determined by the profile design, while finished length can generally be programmed through the encoder and cutting system.

Can one machine produce several profile shapes?
Different cross-sections normally require different roller tooling. If the profiles are sufficiently similar, a common machine platform may be used with interchangeable tooling sets.

Can holes be added to the profile sheet?
Yes. A punching unit can be integrated when mounting, overlap, or connection holes are required.
